Four questions: what you are dressing for, where we should come, when, and how to reach you. We confirm on WhatsApp within the day.

Days one to six
Eighteen measurements, taken once and kept. The pattern is cut by hand and the garment basted for the fitting.

The bench
One cutter, nine jackets a month
The bench is small on purpose. Every pattern is cut by the same hand, which is why the second jacket needs no second visit.

Brush it
A soft brush, downwards, takes out more than dry cleaning ever will.
Between wears
Hang it
A shaped hanger and a day of air. Twenty-four hours between wears.
Creases
Steam it
Steam, never iron. Velvet in particular will not forgive a hot plate.
Storage
Give it room
Cotton bag, not plastic, and space on either side.
Alterations are free for twelve months.
After twelve months, alterations are charged at cost.
Repairs are collected and returned.
Questions people ask
Do I have to come to a shop?
No. There is no shop. We come to you, within Gurugram, and everything happens at your table.
What if the fit is wrong?
The fitting at day eight exists to catch it. After delivery, alterations are free for twelve months.
How much do I pay upfront?
Fifty per cent at order, the balance on delivery. Nothing is due to book the visit.
Can you really make it in two weeks?
Yes, because the bench is capped at nine jackets a month. When the month is full we say so rather than stretch the promise.
Do I get measured again for the next one?
No. The pattern stays on file. A second jacket needs no visit at all.
