Every SALVE garment is made to measure: cut to your measurements after you order it. That shapes how refunds work. This policy explains what happens if you change your mind, if something is wrong, or if the fit is not right.
Booking an appointment
There is no charge to book a measuring appointment, and you can cancel or move it at any time by WhatsApp or email.
Paying for an order
When you place an order we take 50% of the price as an advance. The balance is paid on delivery.
Cancelling an order
- Before your cloth is cut: cancel within 48 hours of placing the order and we refund the advance in full.
- After your cloth is cut: the garment is being made for you alone and cannot be resold, so the advance is not refundable. You will not be asked for the balance.
Returns
Because each garment is made to your measurements, we do not accept returns or exchanges for a change of mind, a change of size or a change of style once the cloth has been cut.
If the fit is not right
Tell us within 14 days of delivery. We will alter the garment free of charge until it fits as agreed at your appointment. If we cannot make it fit because of an error in our cutting, we will remake it at our cost.
Alterations needed because your measurements have changed since the measuring appointment are charged at our standard rates, which we will quote before any work begins.
If something is faulty
If a garment arrives with a fault in the cloth or the making, tell us within 14 days of delivery. We will repair it or remake it at our cost. If we cannot do either, we will refund what you paid for that garment.
How refunds are paid
Approved refunds are made to the original payment method within 7 working days of our confirming them. Your bank may take a few more days to show the credit.

Email hello@salvemenswear.com or call or WhatsApp +91 98995 63883 with your name, order date and, where it helps, a photograph. We reply the same working day.
