How much does a SALVE achkan cost?

What is an achkan?
A knee-length Indian formal coat with a standing collar and a front button line. It is worn for weddings and formal ceremonies, usually with slim trousers or churidar.
Achkan or bandhgala?
An achkan is longer, reaching the knee, and reads more ceremonial. A bandhgala is jacket-length and works for a wider range of evenings. See the bandhgalas.
Is an achkan right for a groom?
Yes. It is the most ceremonial thing we make and a natural choice for the wedding itself. Many grooms pair it with a bandhgala for the sangeet or the reception.
Which colour for a wedding?
Off white and wine red suit day and ceremonial functions. Black and midnight blue are strongest for evening receptions. Chocolate brown is the quieter, warmer choice.
Do you really come to my home?
Yes. Appointments are at your home or office in Gurugram or Delhi, by arrangement. Tell us your area when you book.
How long does it take?
Usually about two weeks from the measuring visit. Tell us your wedding date when you book and we confirm the timing before you order.
What if it does not fit?
The fitting exists to catch it before the achkan is finished. If we cut it wrong, we remake it at our cost.
What do I pay, and when?
