Questions, answered

Black or Dark Chocolate?

Black is the stricter of the two and the safer choice for a formal evening. Dark Chocolate is warmer, reads softer in photographs and is the more interesting suit in daylight.

Can a double-breasted jacket be worn open?

No. It is cut to be worn closed, fastened on the top row. If you want a jacket you can open, the Mayfair is the one.

Is it too formal for the office?

For most offices, yes. It is an occasion suit. The Park is the business cut.

How does The Regent compare with other SALVE styles?

Choose Regent for the sharper double-breasted, cut for receptions and evening occasions. The Bombay is the relaxed one.
