How much does a SALVE linen suit cost?
The Solis is ₹28,500 for the jacket and matching trousers, made to your measurements. The Viraj linen jacket is ₹14,500 on its own.
Is the Solis pure linen?
No. It is a cotton-linen blend. It breathes like linen and keeps linen's texture, but creases a little less and holds its shape better through a long day.
Is a linen suit formal enough for a wedding?
For daytime and outdoor functions, yes: mehendi, haldi, a day wedding or a destination wedding. For an evening reception, choose a wool suit, a bandhgala or a tuxedo.
Will it crease?
Yes, a little, and it should. Linen creases where you bend and settles when you hang it. The cotton in the Solis keeps that to a minimum.
Which colour should I choose?
Olive green or chocolate brown if you want to wear it often. Natural off-white for daytime weddings. Sky blue for the coast and summer lunches.
Do you really come to my home?
Yes. Appointments are at your home or office in Gurugram or Delhi, by arrangement. Tell us your area when you book.
How long does it take?
Usually about two weeks from the measuring visit. Tell us your date when you book and we confirm the timing before you order.
What if it does not fit?
The fitting exists to catch it before the suit is finished. If we cut it wrong, we remake it at our cost.
